Odyssey began as a conversation between two friends and fellow charter skippers about what the perfect sailing charter experience might look like.
Having worked many jobs in the sailing industry, from flotilla Yacht skippers to Superyachts, we both agreed that there was space for something in between; where we combine our love and local knowledge of the Mediterranean, with a highly personalised, friendly service to our guests.
Needless to say, delicious food and a lovingly crafted itinerary, showcasing the natural beauty of the the Med would be essential.
So too would be a tailored approach, where we have the freedom to spend one night with the vessel moored in a beautiful medieval town, followed by a night spent at anchor, enjoying the sunset, stars and crystal clear water.
Once I decided that I had no good reason not to start such a charter, Odyssey Sailing was born.
Since its inception in 2021, we have had the pleasure of hosting guests from all over the world, many of whom return to sail with us in new destinations, which we are constantly expanding!

What we do..
We offer week long, island hopping charters onboard the vessel of your choice.
As we have access to a large fleet, we can charter both Yachts and Catamarans of varying designs and specifications.
Throughout the week, our guests enjoy an excellent cooked breakfast and lunch every day, lovingly made by your very own private chef.
Every charter is tailored to our guests’ energy, interests and budget. So, whether you want to learn to sail, float in an inflatable unicorn, paddleboard at sunrise, or explore historic landmarks – our crew ensure our guests get the most from their sailing adventure!
Our work begins as soon as we receive a booking - this involves getting to know our clients, and working with them to come up with the perfect itinerary. Feeling lazy and want to just let us do our thing? That’s equally fine with us.
MEET THE CREW
Tom Brawn is the Founder and lead Skipper of Odyssey Sailing. He holds the RYA Yachtmaster Offshore license and has been sailing the Mediterranean since 2016.
Tom is the first point of contact on every booking and meticulously plans the details of every charter to ensure guests are getting the most from their sailing adventure and enjoy a truly bespoke, special experience.
